Send VIP invitations
As an exhibitor, you can VIP badges to your best contacts and invite them to visit your stand at Natexpo 2024.
VIP services:
- access to the VIP lounge
- free access to the cloakroom
- priority access to the main restaurant
- a VIP bag with Natexpo documents and products offered by exhibitors
The number of VIPs is limited to 40 guests per exhibitor.
This year, the e-invitation sending platform is getting a makeover: we are offering a new, more intuitive interface with greater room for customization.
- Choose your follow up preferences: we can schedule an email to remind your guests who have not downloaded their badge
- Set up your invitation, upload your logo, write a customized content and preview the result
- Then, click on "Import guests".
- Download our excel template and enter your contact list to make sure the upload is done properly.
- In the "local" column, specify the language spoken by your contacts under the following template: "fr" for French speakers, "en" for English speakers.
- You can choose to invite your guest one by one, you will just have to click on "Add guest"
Warning: your emails are sent as soon as your upload your contact list!
You can check your guests status below, as few minutes after sending. Visit the FAQ to learn more about status.
The contact information you provide on the platform will remain strictly confidential. The Natexpo team does not have access to it and will not be able to use it for any subsequent communication.
These give free access to the show during opening hours but also entry to the VIP lounge where they will be able to benefit from a personal welcome and refreshments.
